Twinges in the Hinges
| This class was designed to meet the
special needs of those with arthritis. Water is the ideal setting
for low impact and reduced pain exercise! The class will consist of
gentle aerobic exercise, water walking, and Ai Chi - a relaxation
technique. In order to best accommodate your needs, class size will
be limited. Participants will be accepted on a "first come first
served" basis. Join us for exercise in a supportive atmosphere! All
classes are led by a licensed physical or occupational therapist. |
