Educational Assistance

OSF St. Mary Medical Center offers its Educational Assistance Program to qualified employees entering or continuing in a healthcare field.  The Educational Assistance Program is a benefit provided to assist employees in improving their job capabilities. 

All regular employees working a minimum of 16 hours per week or 32 hours per pay period, who have successfully completed the initial introductory period, are eligible for tuition assistance based on their FTE status with a maximum of $2,000 per school year.  If you have questions regarding OSF St. Mary’s Educational Assistance Program, please contact Human Resources at (309) 344-3161, ext. 1172.
